U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is currently soliciting for a Centralized Examination Station (CES) in the Port of Atlanta, Georgia. Applications for the CES will be accepted for 60 days beginning September 15, 2025, and expiring on November 14, 2025.
The public is invited to submit written comments on the need for a CES facility in the Port of Atlanta as specified in 19 CFR 118.2 and CBP Directive No. 3270-007a. The comments period extends for 30 days from September 15, 2025, to October 15, 2025.
