Implementation of Trade Information Notice

Effective May 30, 2025, the local Informational Pipeline / Notice message process will discontinue. To continue receiving local information regarding Port and/or Center of Excellence and Expertise activity, please subscribe to the new Trade Information Notice (TIN). New York Ports and the Pharmaceuticals Health and Chemical Center will continue with our legacy distribution for 30 days in parallel with the TIN.

The TIN will provide the following:

A subscription-based service for CBP and Trade users to receive local messages.
Enhanced communications between Ports, Centers, and the trade.
Communicate local weather alerts and key events.
