CSMS # 64674111 - Updating Truck Manifest Invalid State Code for Section 321 consignee AA, AE, AP, MP

CBP is aware of the issue where manifests were rejected for Invalid Sate Code for Armed Forces AA, AE, AP, MP for a Section 321 consignee. A fix for this issue will be deployed tomorrow, April 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET.
