CSMS # 63951596 - Truck Inbonds with On File Status instead of Enroute Status

CBP is aware that some truck inbonds have an On File Status instead of an Enroute Status. The programmers have identified the issue and are working on a resolution.

Another CSMS will be sent once this issue is addressed.
