CSMS # 63870482 - Centralized Examination Station (CES) Solicitation for the Port of Buffalo

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is currently soliciting for a Centralized Examination Station (CES) in the Port of Buffalo located in Western New York. Applications for the CES will be accepted for 60 days beginning January 27, 2025, through March 27, 2025. The public is invited to submit written comments on the need for a CES facility in the Port of Buffalo as specified in 19 CFR 118.2 and CBP Directive No. 3270-007a. The comments period extends for 30 days from January 27, 2025, to February 25, 2025. Interested applicants can obtain the CES application package by sending an email to the buffalotradedesk@cbp.dhs.gov or by calling (716) 888-4941.
