TO: ALL ABI FILERS

The President has signed an Executive Order designating January 9, 2025, as a National Day of Mourning. Therefore, that date will now be considered a CBP Holiday.

Any entries previously transmitted with a payment due date of 01/09/2025 will appear on a statement on 01/10/2025. That means two separate statements may be generated on 01/10/2025. Filers who wish to change the payment print date from January 9 to January 10 for previously transmitted summaries may do so at their discretion.

Entry Summaries transmitted to ABI will reject if a payment due date of 01/09/2025 is used. Those entries should be transmitted with a payment due date of 01/10/2025.
