CSMS # 63471808 - Update- ACE Air Manifest and Ocean Manifest Delayed Outbound Notifications

CBP continues to address the reported with CSMS # 63459368 regarding delays with ACE Air Manifest and Ocean Manifest outbound notifications. This issue with Rail notifications has been addressed.

Another CSMS will be issued when the backlog has cleared.
