CSMS # 63218431 - Update ACE Air Entry Type 86, ACE Air Manifest and Ocean Manifest Delayed Outbound Notifications

The Ocean manifest delays reported in CSMS # 63212963 have been resolved. Air manifest and entry type 86 delays continue as CBP processes the backlog. Another CSMS will be issued when the Air manifest and entry type 86 delays are resolved.
