CSMS # 63198812 - Update ACE Air Entry Type 86, ACE Air Manifest and Ocean Manifest Delayed Outbound Notifications

CBP continues to monitor and work towards a solution for the delays in Air and Ocean manifest processing as well as entry type 86 processing. Another CSMS will be issued when these delays have been resolved.
