CSMS # 63195292 - ACE Air Entry Type 86, ACE Air Manifest and Ocean Manifest Delayed Outbound Notifications

CBP continues to monitor the delays in Air manifest and entry type 86 processing. Another CSMS will be issued when these delays have been resolved. Ocean notification delays have decreased, CBP will continue to monitor these messages as well.
