CSMS # 63140000 - 2025 Customs Broker Annual Permit User Fee Due Date – January 31, 2025

Pursuant to the General Notice (89 FR 92697) published November 22, 2024, the annual Customs Broker permit user fee due date for the 2025 calendar year is Friday, January 31, 2025. The permit user fee for the 2025 calendar year is $180.57 and is due for all active national permits issued on or before December 31, 2024.

Failure to make the payment deadline will result in permit revocation by operation of law. The annual user fee payment should be submitted through the eCBP portal at https://e.cbp.dhs.gov/ecbp/#/main. The eCBP portal is available for 2025 user fee submissions from December 2, 2024, through January 31, 2025. eCBP accepts credit card and debit card payments. No additional fees are charged for online payments, and receipts are provided electronically.
