CSMS # 62716354 - ACE Portal Modernization: CBP Set to Retire Additional Legacy ACE Portal Account Views on October 19

This message serves as an update to CSMS #62710492.

On October 26, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to retire the following legacy ACE Portal account views:

Carrier
Shipper/Consignee

These account views are currently available to users in the modernized ACE Portal. After October 26, users (with applicable access) will only be able to access these account views in the modernized ACE Portal.

Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your e-mail address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please contact subscriberhelp.govdelivery.com.
