CSMS # 62045712 - The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Supplemental Guidelines Document has Been Updated

The EPA Supplemental Guidelines document has been updated to version 17 and is available here: https://www.cbp.gov/document/forms/epa-supplemental-catair-guidelines

The changes reflect language and text updates. Note in particular for Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), updated the introductory language, PG02, and PG07 to clarify that reporting by either ASHRAE or CAS is required, but both should not be reported on the same PGA line. See the change log for specifics.
