CSMS # 61989943 - ACE Portal Modernization: ACE Reports Launch Button Now Available in the Modernized ACE Portal

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) recently deployed the ACE Reports launch button in the modernized ACE Portal in the header section of the following account types:

Broker
Carrier
Exporter
Filer
Importer
Protest Filer
Surety

CBP encourages ACE Portal users to launch ACE Reports from the modernized ACE Portal for the account types listed above. If necessary, users can still access ACE Reports from the legacy ACE Portal for the following account types:

Broker
Carrier
Filer
Importer
Protest Filer

Note: Access to ACE Reports from the legacy ACE Portal’s Exporter and Surety account views is no longer available.
