CSMS # 61727436 - The ACE Foreign Trade Zone Admission (e214) CATAIR is now final

The ACE Foreign Trade Zone Admission (e214) CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) version 3.1.1 has moved from the ‘Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities’ section, to ‘Chapters: Current Capabilities’ section.

This follows the deployment to Production on August 10, 2024, of the Facilities Information and Resource Management System (FIRMS) codes for in-bond arrivals, excluding arrivals by air. This enhancement will, for non-air modes of transportation, enforce existing requirements that brokers/filers provide a valid FIRMS code when arriving an in-bond.
