CSMS # 61509583 - Effective Time for July 25 Deployment of Entry Type 86 Estimated Date of Arrival Requirement (Release 1 of Section 321-does not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments)

At 5:00 a.m. ET on July 25, 2024, U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP) will begin requiring the estimated date of arrival for all entry type 86 (ET 86) submissions in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). This is the first of two releases for the Section 321 – Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments deployment.
