CSMS # 61482999 - Updated Cargo Release Implementation Guides for Section 321 – Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments, including July 25 Deployment of ET86 Estimated Date of Arrival Requirement
Three ACE Cargo Release implementation guides were recently updated for the upcoming Section 321 – Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments deployment, which will be in two releases.
Release 1 (Cargo Release Only): Requirement for the estimated date of arrival for all entry type 86 (ET 86) submissions in ACE (SE20 EDA).
Updates for Release 1 are reflected in the following two documents.
Release 2 (Cargo Release, Manifest and Truck): Validation to enforce $800 daily aggregated threshold for de minimis shipments:
- CERT: 7/25/24
- PROD: 9/28/24
