CSMS # 61133056 - REMINDER: ACE Reports: Mandatory Prompt for Company ACE ID – Next Universes to Be Affected June 27, 2024

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is beginning to require trade community users to identify the subject company whenever a report is run or scheduled in Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Reports. This change will allow CBP to eliminate a data security vulnerability for all users and improve functionality for users with access to more than one account. All existing scheduled reports will need to be updated after this change has taken effect, or the scheduled reports will fail. This change is being rolled out to ACE Reports data universes through August 2024.

The following universes to rollout on June 27, 2024, will be:

Please note the information notice now has the AD/CVD Reference universe in the calendar. Collections, Harmonized Tariff Schedule, and Trade Accounts were removed. The Cargo Release and Entry Summary universes have been moved to August 8, 2024.
