CSMS # 60977392 - Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2406

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2406 was created on June 12, 2024, and contains 2 harmonized tariff records and 7 ABI records.

In support of the PGA Message Set, Participating Government Agency (PGA), HSU 2406 includes update to PGA flag indicator (FD3) for FDA.

HSU 2406 also includes Section 301 new Exclusion 9903.88.69 articles of China were extended from June 15, 2024, through May 31, 2025. For additional information on the Section 301 Exclusion Extensions please refer to the FRN found here.
