CSMS # 60570324 - Update to ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary: F836 Product Exclusion Missing

The ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V33 has been updated to include the following:

F836: EXCLSN MISSING; REQUIRED FOR EXCLSN HTS

A Section 232 steel or aluminum TRQ exclusion ch99 has been used. However, the required Product Exclusion is missing. Use of the TRQ exclusion ch99 HTS in an ES line always requires pairing with an applicable Product Exclusion.
