CSMS # 60527352 - UPDATE: Information on Removal of ACE Reports BI Inbox

Following the recent upgrade of ACE Reports to Business Objects version 4.3, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) identified a security vulnerability affecting the Business Intelligence (BI) Inbox functionality. To address the vulnerability, CBP has permanently disabled the BI Inbox for trade community users.

As a reminder, report sharing is still available through the following features:

Users can share reports with others in their organization using shared folders.
Reports can be exported to various formats (e.g., Excel spreadsheet, PDF, CSV) that can be distributed.
