An update to the Automated Export System Commodity Filing Response Messages – Appendix A has been posted to CBP.gov.

At the request of the U.S. Census Bureau, the AESTIR Response Message 667 reasons (3) for fatal error response has been updated:

(3). If the License Code is declared as C69 (License Exception Medical Devices), the Country of Ultimate Destination entered in the SC1 record X102 is not UA (Ukraine) or not BY (Belarus) or not RU (Russia).
