CSMS # 60482017 - ACE Reports: New Mandatory Prompt for Company ACE ID

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will begin requiring trade community users to identify the subject company whenever a report is run or scheduled in Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Reports. This change will allow CBP to eliminate a data security vulnerability for all users and improve functionality for users with access to more than one account. All existing scheduled reports will need to be updated after this change has taken effect, or the scheduled reports will fail.

This change will be rolled out to ACE Reports data universes from May to August 2024, beginning with the Importer Security Filing (ISF) universe on Thursday, May 16, 2024.

The Trade Transformation Office (TTO) will conduct a Pre-deployment Support Call for Trade Users:
