CSMS # 60212687 - April 15 Cargo Processing Delays Resolved

On Monday, April 15 at 2115 ET some cargo release transactions were delayed. The issue was identified, and messages began processing at 2330 ET. No messages were lost during this time and all messages were processed by 2340 ET. Entry type 86 processing was not impacted.
