CSMS # 60165990 - Delay of Cargo Release Deployment for Late Filing of Entry Type 86 Transactions

The scheduled change to when a type 86 entry can be filed will be delayed until further notice. Once a new deployment date is determined, a subsequent CSMS will be issued advising of the new deployment date.

As a reminder, this update will prevent Entry Type 86 transactions from being filed after the arrival of a conveyance.
