CSMS # 60046390 - Cargo Release Certification Deployment for Late Filing of Entry Type 86 Transactions

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has scheduled an Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Certification (CERT) Environment deployment Thursday, April 4, 2024, to change when an Entry Type 86 can be filed.

This update will prevent Entry Type 86 transactions from being filed after the arrival of a conveyance. Once the certification process is finalized, this validation will be turned on in Production on Saturday April 13, 2024.
