The Entry Summary (ES) Query CATAIR and Appendix G have been updated for the following:

ES Query (V23)

Input J-2 Record

Updated description for Collection/Bill Information Code ‘1’

Output JD-Record

Added Immediate Delivery Indicator
Updated Liquidation Reason Codes for Note 2

Output JE-Record

Removed references to “liquidated” where applicable

Output JF-Record

Updated Accelerated Drawback Indicator from Mandatory to Conditional

Output JI-Record

Added Surety Liability Amount

Output JK-Record

Updated Class of Bill Number field from Numeric to Alphanumeric

Output JM-Record

Updated Note 1 to include a table of Common Class Codes and Description

Appendix G (V18): Revisions made to reflect the Modernized Entry Summary Query (EQ-ER).

Updated references to ES Query Application Identifier from JC-JD to EQ-ER
Added 'Condition Code' and 'Narrative Text' for Condition Codes X34, X35, X37, X38, X39, X41

ES Query updates will be deployed to the Certification environment on March 19, 2024 and the Production environment on June 4, 2024.

The latest ES Query has been posted to the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities tab, and the updated Appendix G has been posted to the Appendices tab, both at: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair
