Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2403 was created on February 13, 2024, and contains 120 harmonized tariff records and 590 ABI records.

HSU 2403 includes several PGA HTS flag updates as well as adjustments required by the verification of the 2024 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).

In support of the PGA Message Set, Participating Government Agency (PGA), PGA flag indicators for FDA were updated. Questions or concerns for PGA HTS Flagging should be emailed to itdssupport@cbp.dhs.gov.
