CSMS # 58873572 - Update to CBP Export Manifest Implementation Guide

An update has been made to the XML Manifest Message Specification of the CBP Export Manifest Implementation Guide. The changes can be found on pages 15 to 23 of the document located here: https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/mmm-transaction-set-xml

The changes are as followed:

from - <xs:element name="ResponseMessage" type="ErrorType" minOccurs="0"/>

to - <xs:element name="ResponseMessage" type="ErrorType" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>

Trade and Software Developers that submit via the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) should update their software for these changes. Please reach out to your Client Representative if you have any technical related questions.

Release Dates:

CERTIFICATION = Friday, 01/05/2024
PRODUCTION = Tuesday, 01/23/2024
