CSMS # 58695064 - ACE Portal Modernization: Blanket Declarations Removed from Legacy Portal

On December 9, 2023, CBP completed the migration of the blanket declarations functionality from the legacy ACE Portal to the modernized ACE Portal. Going forward, the functionality is available only in the modernized ACE Portal.
