CSMS # 58254723 - Please Hold All Entry Summary Cancellation Requests Until November 6, 2023

In coordination with the upcoming deployment of Collections Release 7, ACS functions have been retired. Therefore, users can no longer remove money from entry summaries via ACS. This means entry summaries with money associated with them cannot be cancelled. Any cancellations received by the trade community that warrant an Admin Refund will not get processed until Monday, November 6, 2023.

Normal operations can resume on November 6 when the deployment of Collections Release 7 has been completed.
