CSMS # 58182212 - ACE Out of Sequence Batches Ocean Manifest

CBP implemented a fix on 10/21/23 to address sequential issues on certain ocean manifest messages. Specifically, this fix corrected issues where the EDI message time was being issued out of sequential order and A3 Prior Notice movement denied messages were issued after the A1 FDA Prior Notice advisory message was issued. CBP has determined this issue happened occasionally from 8/24/23 until the final fix was implemented on 10/21/23. Please contact your assigned Client Rep if this issue happens again.
