CSMS # 56878521 - The ACE update related to removing the EPA exemption for Ancient Engines for non-road vehicles is now available in ACE CERTIFICATION (see related CSMS 56840547)

The ACE update related to removing the EPA exemption for Ancient Engines for non-road vehicles is now available in ACE CERTIFICATION. For EPA vehicle and engines, the entry will reject if remarks code ‘9’ is provided for 3520-21.

Please see CSMS #56840547 for more information about this requirement. Also as noted in CSMS #56840547, this update is still expected in Production no earlier than August 5, 2023.
