CSMS # 56687281 - Update to Cargo Release CATAIR document for Port of Entry Changes via Cargo Release Update transaction

CBP recently updated the SE CATAIR to allow Port of Entry (POE) changes via the Cargo Release Update transaction. Additional clarification is being provided within the SE10 record in Note 1. The CATAIR version number remains V35 because no changes were made other than clarifications regarding the POE Update transaction.

The updated CATAIR has been posted to https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-catair-cargo-release-chapter
