CSMS # 56022944 - Resolved- FTZ e214 Reject - 107 Bill of Lading Issue.

This Issue reported in CSMS # 56020047 where FTZ e214 transmissions were rejecting with error "107 BILL OF LADING NOT ON FILE" is resolved.

The Trade should resend and get it accepted for all rejected transmissions with "107 BILL NOT ON FILE" error.
