On May 20, 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) the enhancement Automation of CBP Form 6051D for Detentions of Cargo Filed in ACE, Including Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Detentions.

This enhancement will give importers the ability to view, search, and respond to CBP Form 6051D using the ACE Forms application accessible through the ACE Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal). This enhancement also includes electronic data interchange (EDI) impacts.
