CSMS # 55789144 - Truck Manifest/Cargo Release Notification Issue

Due to the database issues from 4/4/23, truck manifest did not send some release notifications to cargo release. CBP is working on sending those failed notifications.

CBP Technical teams are working to resolve the issue.
