CSMS # 55438874 - Harmonized System Updates (HSU) 2304 / ACE Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Deployment

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2304 was created on March 9, 2023, and contains 77 ABI records and 18 Harmonized Tariff Records. This update includes the Section 232 additional duties on imports of aluminum and derivative aluminum products from Russia. For additional information on the Section 232 additional duties on Russian aluminum please refer to proclamation 88 FR 13267.

HSU 2304 also includes changes to HTS flagging. In support of the PGA Message Set, Participating Government Agency (PGA), 5 APH indicators, and 1 FDA indicator were updated.

Additionally, with the upcoming ACE HTS deployment in May 2023, we recommend testing in ACE Certification.
