CSMS # 55309026 - UPDATED: Ocean House Bill Release: Update to DRAFT CAMIR Appendix D and CATAIR Appendix N for Disposition Codes are now posted on CBP.gov
The updated Draft version for ACE Ocean CAMIR Appendix D - Disposition Codes as well as updates to the CATAIR Appendix N – Disposition codes have been posted on CBP.gov.
CAMIR APPENDIX D - The update includes a description clarification for the new changes to the 1Z involving matching quantities.
This new change is for the checking of the sum of the Amended Quantity for all House Bill of Ladings exactly matches the Amended Quantity on the Master Bill of Lading as well as other movements allowing the cargo to be physically released from the ocean terminal.
CATAIR APPENDIX N - The updated Appendix includes the addition of 4 new disposition codes specific to OHBOL. The new codes are P1, P2, P4 and P5.
Trade and Software Developers that submit via the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) should update their software for these changes.

*REMINDER* CATAIR Foreign Trade Zone – On 2/6/2023, The Draft FTZ CATAIR chapter for future capabilities is now available on cbp.gov. The update includes updated FZ10 record descriptions for received quantity and FIRMS code. In addition, the supporting information in the appendix F was updated as well. “CSMS # 55043024 - Update draft FTZ CATAIR”

Current Future Release Dates:
2/22/2023 CERT Release:
- Resolution to fix of the ENTA validation is using Master Bill of Lading instead of House Bill of Lading in the input message.
- Update of Delete PTT process to remove a ZFIRMS record for an automated FIRMS from Bill of Lading participant that could have been added by Create PTT previously.
- A new check added to the Master Bill of Lading background evaluation jobs to verify that the sum of all house Bill of Ladings amended quantities match the Master Bill of Lading Amended quantity. If they don't match, we will withhold the Master Level 1Z / 1C notifications.
