CSMS # 55100298 - Haiti Earned Import Allowance certificates triggering MATCHING LIC/CERT/PERM NUMBER NOT FOUND

CBP is aware of a potential system issue keeping data from Department of Commerce on Haiti Earned Import Allowance certificates from populating ACE. This is causing ACE to trigger the error “MATCHING LIC/CERT/PERM NUMBER NOT FOUND.”

The issue has been elevated and it is being actively worked.
