CSMS # 54532355 - Appended PGA Tariff Flags Expected in CBP’s ACE PRODUCTION Environment on January 21, 2023

In the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) CERTIFICATION environment, the P00 and PU2 error messages include the PGA tariff flag. There is a separate P00 or PU2 message for each flag error. For example:

SE9011P00PGA DATA MISSING PER PGA FLAG AQ2

SE9011P00PGA DATA MISSING PER PGA FLAG FD3

SE9013PU2PGA DATA MSNG ON HTS - NO ACTN RQD FS4

SE9013PU2PGA DATA MSNG ON HTS - NO ACTN RQD DE1

The text for the PU2 error was shortened to accommodate the 40-character length limit when the flag is added.

This functionality is expected to be deployed in PRODUCTION on January 21, 2023.
