CSMS #53928502 - Truck Manifest Inbond Issues

CBP is aware of inbond issues where they are not linking to the manifest. Carriers should ensure that they have notification of entry on file or inbond on file prior to sending the truck to the border. In the absence of such a message, call the help desk and open a ticket prior to sending a driver. Provide the inbond number and ticket number to CBP as needed.
