CSMS # 53341602 - Reminder: ACE Collections – Release 6 Post Deployment Support Call

On August 27, 2022, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) deployed Collections Release 6 – Refunds to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).

To support users and answer questions following this deployment, CBP will also host a Post-Deployment Support Call for trade users on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. ET. Please join the meeting using this meeting link.

Participants are encouraged to join at the start of the call when ACE Collections will provide a brief deployment status update. A question-and-answer segment will follow. Calls may end early if all questions have been addressed.
