NEW AGENT INCENTIVES

Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents will be offered a $5,000 recruitment incentive upon successful completion of the required training at the USBP academy. Agents accepting a position in one of USBP’s hard to fill locations will be eligible for an additional $5,000 incentive. Incentive recipients will be required to sign a one-year service agreement.
