Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2224 was created on August 18, 2022 and contains 155 ABI records and 33 Harmonized Tariff Records. This update is in support of the PGA Message Set, Participating Government Agency (PGA) HTS tariff flag indicators for APHIS Core. Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2223 is the predecessor to 2224. HSU 2223 was created on August 12, 2022 and contains 1062 ABI records and 196 Harmonized Tariff Records. HSU 2223 was in support of A Proclamation: Adjusting UK Aluminum Tariff Rate Quota 2022 These changes bring the HTS validations in line with the annex published for this program.
