Please be advised that an updated ACE Account Application has been posted to CBP.gov. The updated application includes the new account type “Vessel Agency”. The Vessel Agency account type was announced in Federal Register Notice number 87 FR 43278, dated July 20, 2022, and can be found at the following link: ACE Vessel Agency Portal Account

Please submit questions about Vessel Agency Account Type to ESAR@cbp.dhs.gov. For technical questions related to the application or requests for an ACE Portal Account, including ACE Vessel Agency Account, contact the ACE Account Service Desk by calling 1-866-530-4172, selecting option 1, then option 2, or by emailing ACE.Support@cbp.dhs.gov for assistance.
