CSMS #51870212 - Update ebond status notification CATAIR

An update was made to the eBond: Status Notification CATAIR. The record identifier AC7 of the BS message is a conditional Bond record used to communicate ACE Collections entry information related to the bill. For non-entry bills, since there is no Entry Summary tied to the bill, BS messages were failing due to the format. For non-entry bills, there will be an update to AC7, with no major impact to the sureties. The changes are:

Entry Filer Code, Entry Number, Protest Status Code and Protest Status Date will be changed to conditional fields, required only if billed transaction is an Entry Summary
Change Filler in position 29-80, to be 2 spaces (position 29-30)
Add Transaction Number field as 30AN (starting in position 31)
When billed transaction is NOT an entry summary, the Transaction number will be put in the Transaction Number field.

All changes are expected to be deployed to production on May 17, 2022.
