CSMS #51853699 - CORRECTION: An updated version is available of the ACE CATAIR PGA Status Notification Codes document

The PGA Status Notification Codes document has been updated. Several status reason code descriptions were updated. Also, a new reason and subreason code were added. Please see the change log for specifics.
