CSMS #51744194 - Follow Up to 51740089, for Entries with EPA Data

As noted in CSMS 51740089, CBP is aware that sometimes there is an issue with trade not receiving statuses such as May Proceed and Hold Intact from some PGAs. The ACE team is troubleshooting the issue. In the meantime, for entries filed with EPA data, EPA will provide status reviews via email, when needed, until the issue is resolved.

NOTE:

Trade will continue to receive statuses that are generated from business rule processing of ACE filings:

Automatic “Hold Intact” - generated for filings that do not pass all business rule checks
Automatic “May Proceed” - generated if the filing passes all business rule checks
