CSMS #51166016 - Trade Remedies Inbox and the AD/CVD Issues Inbox Outages

The CBP trade remedy email box, traderemedy@cbp.dhs.gov, and the AD/CVD email box, ADCVDISSUES-HQ@cbp.dhs.gov, were not operational from February 17 to 24, and February 17 to 25, 2022, respectively. These two email addresses are now receiving emails.

CBP is in the process of trying to recover the emails while the email boxes were not operational. If you sent an email to one of these email addresses during the dates indicated above, and still need assistance, resend your email to the appropriate email address. Please do not resend any emails from outside of this timeframe.
